The male protagonist is an exorcist who doesn't know any magic and has no interest in helping others, only doing it for money. After being injured by a powerful demon king, he is saved by the female protagonist. During his recovery, he gradually becomes touched by her compassion. After being enlightened, he develops a deep sympathy for those suffering. Together with the female protagonist, they embark on a journey to heal the world, rescuing the people and defeating all demons and monsters they encounter. In the end, they defeat the strongest demon king and continue their path as exorcists, which leads them further down the road they started.
